Silver Springs Host Home

The Silver Springs Host Home Program provides mental health evaluation, diagnosis, daily treatment and intensive therapy to children ages four through 18 who have serious emotional and behavioral issues and who, otherwise, would require residential treatment. Children accepted into the program reside in the homes of trained Treatment Parents, who provide daily treatment designed to meet each child's particular needs.

Services are provided to the child's family of origin to increase their capacity to be a confident resource to their child. Each child receives the services of a psychiatrist, social worker, therapist, mental health worker, and nurse according to his/her individual emotional and behavioral concerns. The goal for each child is to alleviate the pain, distress, and disruption in their lives that result from their psychiatric issues and to help them achieve resilience and stability.
